KAREN LAKAR

After completing her studies in fashion design at the Berlin Academy of Arts and in theatrical costume design, Karen Lakar worked as a designer before deciding in the mid-1990s to devote herself entirely to art. She lives and works as a freelance artist in Munich, Berlin and France. Her works have been shown in more than twenty exhibitions in Germany, Switzerland, Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates.
